Television....every changing I enjoy television but it is not primary in my life. In this day and age of cable there is something for everyone to watch at most any time. I enjoy television for the variety that it gives and the avalibility at any time. Television I feel has to at times be monitored as there are things that are on...not for everyone but it is there if you want to watch it. It provides a means of learning and entertainment both.
I have favorite televisions shows for many reasons. I enjoy such shows as "48 Hours" as a result of my former career..it is true life. I enjoy life shows such as "John & Kate Plus 8" and "The Dugger's" as those are real life situations. I have to admit to being addicted to some of the 'reality shows" such as "Survivor" or "Big Brother". I enjoy movies such as those on the Hallmark channel or TBS. Both give a variety of things to watch. I enjoy game shows and especially love the game channel. There is always a channel with news and weather. There are channels of learning and information like Dr. Phil, Medical Miracles and the History/Discovery channels. What do you like to watch? What do you get out of television?
